Refund policy

At Pillows Wardrobe, we are committed to providing high-quality products that meet your expectations. Due to the nature of our products and the care taken to ensure each item meets our strict quality standards, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, with the exception of items that are damaged or defective upon arrival.

Damages and Issues
We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us immediately at pillowwardrobe@gmail.com. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and include photos of the damage or defect. We will evaluate your case and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or issue a store credit.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, worn, or removed from their original packaging. This includes all bedding, pillows, and related items. Custom orders, personalized items, sale items, and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges
As we do not accept returns, exchanges are not available. Please ensure that your order is correct before finalizing your purchase.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For customers in the European Union, please note that due to the nature of our products, the 14-day cooling-off period for returns is not applicable. All sales are final once the order is confirmed.

Refunds
Refunds are not provided except in cases where the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival, and no replacement is available. In such cases, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of the approval. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
